Yoga

There is so much more to Yoga than a flexible toned body and new found strength. Yoga is about a balance between the body and mind, creating a whole person with inner confidence and a clarity that infiltrates into every aspect of one’s daily life. The discipline of the ancient art of the asanas (postures) and perfected breathing techniques leaves one feeling revitalised and focussed. In a hectic world in which people seldom have enough time to give themselves the love and time they deserve, Yoga holds the key to a balanced state of well being.

  • Yoga is a practical system that builds flexibility, stamina, endurance, balance, concentration and mental clarity. Most important, it reduces stress.
  • Yoga keeps the joints loose and muscles relaxed, toning internal organs, increasing circulation without creating fatigue.
  • By releasing emotional and physical tension, it liberates vast resources of energy. Breathing exercises revitalise the body and help to control the mind, leaving you calm and refreshed.
  • For over 3,000 years people have been benefiting from yoga. You don’t have to be flexible or strong. And you’ll soon find flexibility develops with practice.
