Yin yoga is a slow practice in which one holds different asana’s from 3 to 5 min or sometimes more.
This practice penetrates deep into connective tissue helping to expand our flexibility.
Closely linked to acupuncture, it helps stimulate the meridians (energy channels) and invites you to truly tune inwards.
