|Come join Sunnah and Sallie for a Yoga and Meditation Day Retreat from the comfort of your own home.|
Over the the day we will combine Yoga practices taught by Sunnah and Meditation sessions taught by Sallie to open the body and calm the mind. The practices will weave themselves together in a gentle flowing way and you will leave finish the day feeling nourished and centred.
There will be a morning and afternoon yummy centering yoga practice directly followed by a meditation practice. In the evening you will be offered a pranayama and yoga nidra practice to round off the day.
This retreat will be a continuation from the last Isolation Rejuvenation but beginners are completely welcome. There will be an extra meditation session on the Friday night with Sallie specifically for the beginners but will be open to all retreatants.
There will be lots of free time in between to eat good food, reflect, spend time with your household or take a walk in nature.
All are welcome including complete beginners and pregnant ladies.
11:30am Meditation followed by brief discussion
3pm Yoga (Flow and Restore)
4:30pm Meditation Followed by a brief discussion
8pm Pranayama & Yoga Nidra
All sessions will be online via Zoom.
