This four week course will be taught by Sunnah and is designed to safely and comfortably introduce new students to the physical (and a little of the mental) practice of yoga.
Sunnah will lead you through basic yoga postures in a step by step way with focus on proper alignment and comfortable breath. We will explore the simpler pranayama techniques and then end the session with a guided relaxation. Yummy
This course is brilliant for anyone that wants to start yoga but is a little worried to just throw themselves in to a class or for anyone that wants to go back to basics to re-inform their practice.
Yoga is the connection between the mind, body and breath. Through simple postures with complete awareness you will build flexibility, stamina concentration and a balanced state of mind.
At the end of this course you will be ready to continue your yoga journey x
