
Autumn Reset: A Journey into Rest and Renewal
As the seasons shift, this session invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect. Through flowing and grounding movement, breath work, and mindful rest, we’ll explore transitioning into autumn, embracing moments of hibernation (restorative poses), and cultivating self-care for the darker months ahead.
You’ll begin the day with an extended yoga session, offering restorative poses, deep, intuitive stretches to help your body soften, ground and you’ll be guided to connect with your breath as a tool for release, reflection, and rest—creating space both physically and mentally.
The practice will then transition into a slow, nourishing flow inspired by the energy of autumn: a time of transition, turning inward, and preparing for rest. Expect grounding movement, gentle opening, and moments of stillness designed to support the body as it moves towards some more restorative work, pranayama and a Yoga Nidra.
From here, you’ll head outside for a slow, mindful walk through the sensory garden, taking in the colours, textures, and quiet beauty of the season before gathering together to share a nourishing three-course vegetarian meal.
After lunch, enjoy free time to soak in the hot tubs and unwind in the sauna, all surrounded by the tranquillity of the countryside.

Cancellation Policy: £50 of your payment is a non – refundable deposit. Any cancellations up until 2 weeks before the event will be fully refunded minus the deposit. Unfortunately any cancellation 14 days prior to the retreat is fully non refundable.
