Saturday 1st November, 10am – 4:30pm

Honour the Shift & Embrace the Stillness
As the light fades and the days grow shorter, we are invited to turn inward — to slow down, to soften, and to make space for stillness.
Join Sunnah for a nourishing day of yoga, breathwork, and rest as we honour the transition into the darker half of the year. Through grounding movement and quiet reflection, we’ll explore what it means to let go, surrender, and welcome the wisdom that lives in the quiet.
We will spend the first session exploring yoga postures in a strong but gentle flow, focussing on the stability in our bodies and minds, using the breath as our anchor and from there discovering true presence. We will explore a variety of balances to help us enjoy the space in the centre and inversions to explore how that centre can change.
The afternoon session will include some simple meditation, breath work, Restorative & Yin Yoga and of course a long and yummy relaxation
