I am excited to be running a 4 week course which aims to offer a supportive and holistic approach to those that are navigating this wondrous but confusing time.
Through a variety of practices which include a little bit of flow, some yin and restorative yoga, breath work and meditation (mindfulness) as well specific pelvic floor work and pranayama we will find practical tools to help us through the physical, mental and emotional symptoms of the menopause, whether its pre menopause, perimenopause, menopause or post menopause.
This course is not just about yoga but it is about starting to trust our bodies and our abilities again. A moment to tune inwards and not just honour the changes we are going through but also promote overall well-being and body awareness
This course is open to all levels. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi you will find many benefits to this course in an open and supportive space.
Sundays: 7:30pm – 8:30pm (starts Sunday 9th – 30th March)
Cost: £65 for 4 week course /Drop In available if space £20 per session
