Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation: A Four Week Course
with Sallie Rose Sundays 8pm – 9:30pm
This four week course will bring together the practices of Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation.
Each session will begin with gentle Asana (postures) work to open and relax the body. The intention behind the physical practice will be to create a sense of groundedness and ease in the body as preparation for the different mindfulness techniques that you will be covering. These will include Breath meditation, Walking meditation, Body Scan and Compassionate Awareness.
Sallie Rose has been teaching Yoga & Meditation for over twenty years and is committed to helping people find peace and wholeness within their busy urban lives.
