A Yoga and Craft Workshop for Kids

Monday August 6th – Yoga and Craft

Kids come join Sunnah and Nina for one of these lovely morning sessions dedicated to anyone between the ages of 3 – 9 year olds.

Yoga: 11am – 11:30am
The yoga will be approached in a form of play by creating stories to help guide the children through the poses and encourage them to use their imagination in how to accomplish them.

Arts & Craft: 11:30am – 12pm
Nina will nurture your kid’s creative spirit with fun craft idea’s, giving your child the tools they needs to spark imagination and creative projects. Different project every week.

Location: Courthouse Cafe, Courthouse Recreation Ground, Wood Street, EN5

Cost: £6 per session or £10 for both
