Come join me for an evening of restorative yoga and relaxing breathing techniques to help you relax and unwind. A wonderful way to spend your Friday evening.
This class will introduce you to some basic supported restorative postures. Once in them we will allow our breath to start the process of undoing and releasing the tension and tightness that we are holding within. We will also explore Pranayama techniques that encourage us in to a sleep like state so that we start to feel as if we are floating away.
All levels welcome including beginners and pregnant ladies in their first and early second trimester.

Location: A space in your own home
Props: This is a prop heavy class but there is no need for you to buy any. We can use a variety of things that we find in our house. I will let those attending know what they need on the day.
