An evening for restoring, relaxing and complete REST

Come join me for an evening of restorative yoga, relaxing breathing techniques to help you relax and unwind and a Yoga Nidra practice to calm your mind. A wonderful way to spend your Sunday evenings throughout November.
These classes will introduce you to some basic supported restorative postures. Once in them we will allow our breath to start the process of undoing and releasing the tension and tightness that we are holding within.
We will also explore Pranayama techniques that encourage us in to a sleep like state so that we start to feel as if we are floating away followed by a scrumptious Yoga Nidra to completely ease the mind chatter.
All levels welcome including beginners and pregnant ladies in their first and early second trimester.

Props: Please don’t worry if you don’t have the appropriate yoga equipment you can use lots of pillows, cushions and blankets instead
