Please come join Sunnah Rose for this monthly two hour Pregnancy Yoga session
These Pregnancy classes are designed to offer you something a little bit more than you will get in your weekly class. Each session will offer a physical yoga practice, movements that are suitable for the growing pregnant body and that you can take with you into your birth. There will also be lots of work with the breath and sound, some pelvic floor work and massage.
Each session will end with a really lovely relaxation followed by juice and chat with myself or with various birth specialists from the local area.
These sessions offer a safe and effective form of yoga designed to help you develop physical strength and suppleness; feel comfortable with your breath and how it can support you at this time in your life as well as help you to develop confidence in your body’s innate ability to give birth.
