Come and enjoy this weekend of Yoga with Sunnah Rose at The Quilt Retreat in Battle, East Sussex.
Set in one of the finest parts of England close to the sea, ‘The Quilt Retreat’ (www.quiltretreatuk.co.uk) is located in a fabulously converted former dairy barn and part of a property known as Bunts Barn. The property has several acres of farmland, orchard, woodlands, equestrian ménage, lovely gardens & 2 barn conversions.
Yoga
There will be dynamic sessions in the morning, restorative & gentle sessions in the afternoon/evening, lots of Pranayama, Shatkarma’s and Yoga Nidra as well as some time off to enjoy and explore the surrounding area. All are welcome including complete beginners and pregnant ladies.
Accommodation
This retreat is made up of twin, double and single rooms only. All are cute and cosy, some are en-suite and all beds are luxury so that you will have the best night’s sleep to help you relax, unwind and get you into the true retreat spirit.
Food
Simple but delicious vegetarian meals, using the best ingredients available, seasonal and organic where possible. Refreshments will be provided. Please do let me know if you have any dietary requirements and we will do our best to cater to them.

Location
The retreat is approximately one hour from Gatwick airport and 2 hours from Heathrow airport, we do have a reliable transport service we can recommend from the airports. Trains from London Charing Cross or Waterloo East to Battle take 80 to 90 minutes & there is a service from London Victoria (stops at Gatwick) to Polegate. Cancellation Policy
£150 of your payment is a non – refundable deposit. Any cancellations up until 2 weeks before the event will be fully refunded minus the deposit.
Unfortunately any cancellation 14 days prior to the retreat is fully non refundable.
