Come join Sunnah for an evening of restorative yoga and relaxing breathing techniques to help you relax and unwind. A wonderful way to end your weekend and prepare for the week ahead!
This workshop will introduce you to some basic supported restorative postures. Once in them we will allow our breath to start the process of undoing and releasing the tension and tightness that we are holding within. We will also explore Pranayama techniques that encourage us in to a sleep like state so that we start to feel as if we are floating away.
All levels welcome including beginners and pregnant ladies in their first and early second trimester.
