Restore, Relax and Breathe: A Special Pregnancy Yoga Class – Friday 12th April, 7:45pm-9:45pm

Join Sunnah for an evening of Restorative yoga, relaxing breathing techniques and blissful Yoga Nidra to help mums to be relax and unwind. A wonderful way to end the week.

This workshop will introduce pregnant women to some basic supported Restorative postures adapted for pregnancy. Once in them we will allow our breath to start the process of undoing and releasing the tension and tightness that we are holding within. We will also explore pranayama and Yoga Nidra that encourage us in to a sleep like state so that we start to feel as if we are floating away.

You will leave this session feeling tuned in to your body at this particular time. You will feel rested and have some amazing and simple postures that you can take home with you.

This workshop is for all pregnant women who are looking to take a bit of time for themselves. No yoga experience is necessary and all trimesters are welcome.
